Enrollment Information

1. Call Elmhurst to schedule a tour to view the school. (Please have child attend the tour.)

2. If you decide to enroll, pay the Registration & Material Fee to secure your child's placement.

3. You will receive an Enrollment Packet to fill out and return including the following documents:

- Proof of Immunization Record

- Birth Certificate

- Parents/Guardians copy of I.D.

4. Sign up on FACTS. *Child will not be able to attend Elmhurst until FACTS is set up.

5. Return the completed packet to the office three days prior to child starting.

Registration Fee $275.00

Kindergarten Material Fee $300.00

Registration and Material Fees are Non- Refundable

* 10% Sibling Discount Applies To The Child With The Lower Tuition

* Choosing to pay at least 6 months in advance of your child/ren's tuition in full will give you a 5% discount.

6:45 am to 6:00 pm $1,150.00 / month

8:00 am to 12:45 pm $995.00 / month
