Enrollment Information

1. Call Elmhurst to schedule a tour to view the school. (Please have child attend the tour.)

2. If you decide to enroll, pay the Registration & Material Fee to secure your child's placement.

3. You will receive an Enrollment Packet to fill out and return including the following documents:

- Proof of Immunization Record

- Birth Certificate

- Parents/Guardians copy of I.D.

4. Sign up on FACTS. *Child will not be able to attend Elmhurst until FACTS is set up.

5. Return the completed packet to the office three days prior to child starting.

Registration Fee $275.00

Preschool Material Fee $225.00

TK & Kinder Material Fee $300.00

Registration and Material Fees are Non- Refundable

Potty Training Fees

Monday - Friday $125.00 / month

Monday/Wednesday/Friday $100.00 / month

Tuesday/Thursday $75.00 / month

Daily Rate $7.00 / day
